
SMALL GROUP TRAINING- 2-6 PARTICIPANTS
Skip the waitlisted workout classes for a small group training session. Designed to give you a personalized feel at a more affordable cost. Small group training sessions are designed for all individuals, regardless of experience these 1hr sessions are sure to provide you with necessary modifications to assure you feel that the workout is appropriate for you. While in your small group, all equipment will be available and provided. Constant feedback on form, intensity & any Qs regarding your fitness journey will be answered to the best of my ability.

Small Group training sessions will follow a 2-4 day per week program. Each day you can expect a targeted mobility warm-up, 3-4 supersets, & a cool down stretch. Keep in mind some targeted workouts will not have provided cool down stretching and will have increased intensity towards end of workout. Adaptations based on discomfort or injuries can always be provided upon request.​
